宫腹腔镜联合治疗在纵隔子宫中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察与分析宫腹腔镜联合治疗在纵隔子宫中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2015年6月本院收治的82例纵隔子宫患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例。对照组进行常规宫腔镜手术治疗,观察组则进行宫腹腔镜联合治疗。统计与比较两组的妊娠率、分娩率、出血量、手术时间、术后不适感、粘连发生率及围术期生殖激素(FSH、LH及E2)水平。结果观察组的妊娠率及分娩率均高于对照组,出血量低于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,术后不适感轻于对照组,粘连发生率低于对照组,术后生殖激素FSH及LH表达水平均低于对照组,E2表达水平则高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合治疗可有效提升纵隔子宫患者的妊娠率及分娩率,术后恢复较快,且对生殖系统的不良影响更小。Objective To observe and analyze the application value of combined treatment of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the patients with uterine septum. Methods 82 patients with uterine septum in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases in each group. The control group were treated with hysteroscopy operation, the observation group were treated with combined treatment of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Then the pregnancy rates, parturition rates, blood loss, operation time, postoperative discomfort, adhesion rates and reproductive hormones （FSH, LH and E2） levels during the perioperative period of two groups were statisticed and compared. Results The pregnancy rate and parturition rate of observation group were higher than those of control group, the blood loss was less than that of control group, the operation time was shorter than that of control group, the postoperative discomfort was worse than that of control group, the adhesion rate was lower than that of control group, the eproductive hormones FSH and LH expression levels were lower than those of control group, the E2 expression level was higher than that of control group, the differences of two groups were statistically significant （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can effectively improve the pregnancy rate and parturition rate of patients with uterine septum, and the postoperative recovery is faster, and the bad infuence for reproductive system is smaller.
