摘　　要：通过回顾医院人才管理现状及当前相关研究,指出其中存在的问题及应对思路和措施,提出医院人才管理仍存在的挑战和局限,进而引出人才盘点的概念、作用和价值,并结合实例简述了医院人才盘点的实施流程、工具应用(九格图)和注意事项,以期为医院探索推行人才盘点的方式,有效开展人才管理,创造人才驱动型组织提供参考。Through reviewing the status quo and current relevant researches of talent management in hospitals, the paper points out existing problems and coping ideas and measures, puts forward the challenges and limitations still existing in hospitals＇ talent management, and thus leads to the concept, effect, and value of talent review. The paper also briefy discusses the implementation process, tool application （9-grid diagram）, and attentions of talent review in hospitals in combination of examples, in order to provide reference for hospitals to explore and carry out talent review, conduct effective talent management, and build a talent-driven organization.
