首发精神分裂症患者团体心理治疗的定向研究

摘　　要：目的评价首发精神分裂症患者团体心理治疗价值。方法以2015年2月—2017年2月该院收治的首发精神分裂症患者入组,入选对象94例,其中抽到1号签45例纳入对照组,抽到2号签49例纳入观察组。对照组常规药物治疗、疾病管理,观察组进行团体心理治疗,1次/周,持续12周。对比治疗前后量表评分。结果观察组4个月后社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分(3.63±1.56)分低于治疗前(5.21±1.67)分、低于4个月后对照组(5.53±1.15)分,观察组4个月后应对方式评分(34.39±2.94)分高于治疗前(32.36±2.26)分、4个月后对照组(31.40±2.25)分,观察组与对照组4个月后阳性以及阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分高于治疗前、观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体心理治疗有助于减轻患者的社会功能缺陷,增强患者的应对能力,控制症状。Objective This paper tries to evaluate the value of group psychotherapy in first -e pisode schizophrenia. Methods 94 cases of the first law schizophrenia patients from February 2015 to February 2017 in the hospital were se-lected and divided into the control group of 45 cases by drawing the number one and the observation group of 49 cases by drawing the number two. The control group received routine drug treatment and disease management, and the obser-vation group received group psychotherapy, once a week and lasting for 12 weeks. The scale scores of before and after treatments were compared. Results The observation group after 4 months of social disabil i ty screening scale （SDSS） score （3.63 ±1.56） points lower than before treatment （5.21 ±1.67） points, less than 4 months after the control group（5.53±1.15） points, score of observation group after 4 months （34.39 ±2.94） points higher than before treatment （32.36±2.26） points, after 4 months the control group （31.40 ±2.25） points, the observation group and the control group after 4 months of positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） score higher than that before treatment, the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Group psychotherapy can allevi-ate the social function defect, strengthen the coping ability and control the symptoms of patients.
