评判性思维用于重症监护病房临床护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察评判性思维用于重症监护病房临床护理的效果。方法收取该院98例重症监护病房患者,收取时间在2016年1—6月,并将重症监护病房患者按入院先后顺序分为两组,对照组49例患者实施常规护理,观察组49例患者实施评判性思维护理,将两组重症监护病房患者实施护理后的护理质量评分和临床实境能力考核得分、满意度进行对比。结果观察组重症监护病房患者护理质量评分(95.21±1.05)分、临床实境能力考核得分(89.45±2.11)分高于对照组护理质量评分(82.45±2.16)分、临床实境能力考核得分(78.11±1.72)分(P<0.05),观察组重症监护病房患者护理后满意度调查:患者觉得满意有40例、较满意有8例、不满意有1例,满意度97.96%高于对照组81.63%(P<0.05)。结论通过对重症监护病房患者实施评判性思维护理,不仅能提高护理质量评分和临床实境能力考核得分,还能提升患者对护士的满意度,值得在重症监护病房中进一步推广和应用。Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of critical thinking on the clinical nursing of intensive care unit. Methods 98 patients in intensive care unit from January to June, 2016 in intensive care unit were collected and divided into two groups according to their admission number： the control group（49 patients were treated with routine nursing）, the observation group （49 patients were implemented critical thinking nursing）, nursing care quality score and clinical ability assessment score, satisfaction of the two groups in intensive care unit after implementing nursing care were compared. Results The nursing quality score was （95.21±1.05）points and the clinical ability assessment score was （89.45±2.11）points in the observation group, higher than those in the control group of （82.45±2.16）points and （78.11± 1.72）points （ P〈0.05）. There were 40 patients with satisfaction in the intensive care unit of the observation group, 8 cases of fairly satisfaction and 1 case of no satisfaction. The satisfaction rate was 97.96%, higher than that of the control group of 81.63% （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of critical thinking nursing care in patients with intensivecare unit can not only improve the nursing quality score and clinical ability assessment score, but also enhance the patient’s satisfaction with the nurses, so it is worthy of further promotion and application in the intensive care unit.
