摘　　要：目的:阐明临床医学工程的学科属性和医院医学工程部门学科建设的内容和定位。方法:对医院临床医学学科建设和医学工程部门学科建设实践的调研、比较,结合相关文献资料分析,就临床医学工程学科在医院建设中的功能和作用开展探讨;针对当前医院医学工程部门学科建设的阶段特点,探索医院临床医学工程学科建设内容体系的构建。结果:从学科层面为医院开展医学工程部门学科建设提供了理论依据,并就构建学科建设内容体系提出见解。结论:医院医学工程部门学科建设的现状与其在学科上的应有地位不符,医院应当正确认识医学工程部门与临床紧密结合的工程技术学科特点和重要作用,在技术应用能力、科研成果、学术团队和支撑条件4方面有针对性地开展临床医学工程学科建设。Objective：To clarify the discipline attributes of clinical medical engineering, and the content and orientation of the subject construction of medical engineering department of hospital.Methods：Through the investigation and comparison for the practice of discipline constructions of clinical medicine and medical engineering department in hospital, and combination with data analysis of relative documents, the function and effect of clinical medical engineering in the construction of hospital were discussed. Besides, aimed at the characteristic of current discipline construction of medical engineering department in hospital, the establishment of system for the content of discipline construction of clinical medical engineering was explored.Results： Based on above analysis, the theoretical basis was provided for discipline construction of medical engineering department in hospital on discipline level, and then the relative suggestion and opinion of how to establish the content system of discipline construction were proposed.Conclusion： The present situation of discipline construction of medical engineering department does not match its due status, and the important role and characteristics of engineering technology that is based on the combination of medical engineering department and clinical practice should be correctly understood. And the discipline construction of clinical medical engineer should be carried out with clear aim on four aspects including application ability of technique, scientific achievements, academic team and support conditions.
