酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗慢性末端回肠炎50例效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗慢性末端回肠炎的效果。方法选取我院2016年1—12月收治的慢性末端回肠炎100例患者作为研究对象。根据入院时间,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,使用甲硝唑进行治疗,观察两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率96%,高于对照组74%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=18.980,P<0.05)。结论随着新型耐药菌株的不断出现,较为普遍的广谱抗菌药物治疗效果受到极大影响,因此,抗菌药物使用前需进行药敏试验,并根据实验结果实施针对性治疗。本次研究,对慢性末端回肠炎使用甲硝唑联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊进行治疗,取得显著疗效,增强致病毒素及感染菌种的杀灭作用,有效抑制炎性症状。Objective To investigate the effect of the combined metronidazole in the treatment of chronic distal colitis. Methods 100 patients with chronic terminal enteritis treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. According to the admission time, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Clostridum Butyricum Capsule, the observation group was treated with metronidazole on the basis of the control group, and the curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, higher than that of the control group （74%）, and the difference was statistically signifcant （χ2=18.980, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion With the new resistant strains emerge, common broad-spectrum antimicrobial treatment effect is greatly affected, therefore, the use of antibacterial drugs before drug susceptibility tests are performed according to the experimental results, and the implementation of targeted therapy. In this study, the chronic terminal ileitis were treated with metronidazole and Clostridum Butyricum Capsule, had achieved remarkable curative effect, enhanced the killing effect of pathogenic toxins and infectious bacteria, inhibited infammatory symptoms.
