自拟白斑膏联合氦氖激光照射治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟白斑膏联合氦氖激光照射综合治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法 60例外阴白色病变患者随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别采用自拟白斑膏外敷联合氦氖激光照射和氟轻松软膏联合丙酸睾丸酮鱼肝油软膏治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组(73.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟白斑膏联合氦氖激光照射综合治疗外阴白色病变效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self leukoplakia cream combined with helium neon light irradiation treatment of white lesions of vulva. Methods 60 cases of patients with white lesions of the vulva were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, and treated with self-made paste and white helium neon light irradiation and fuocinonide ointment combined with propionic acid Cod Liver Oil testosterone ointment respectively, the effcacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, higher than that of the control group （73.33%）, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The self-made leukoplakia cream combined with helium neon light irradiation treatment of white lesions of the vulva effect is remarkable.
