摘 要:建立了气相色谱法检测肉桂醛碱性水解分馏体系中乙醛的分析方法,得出乙醛浓度与峰面积之间的关系:Y=111 074.5X-1 602.8,R^2=0.999 8,在0.07~7.01 g/L范围内线性关系良好,在氯仿中的检出限为0.83 mg/L,平均加标回收率为99.7%,平行测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD为1.07%。在肉桂醛碱性水解分馏体系中馏出液、反应碱液中的乙醛采用溶剂氯仿以体积比1∶1重复萃取5次,尾气采用氯仿吸收,所得的样液再用气相色谱法进行分析,结果表明所建立的方法适合该水解分馏体系中乙醛的测定。A gas chromatography ( GC ) method was developed for determining the acetaldehyde which was produced in the process of cinnamic aldehyde alkaline hydrolysis fractionation system, the relationship be-tween the acetaldehyde concentration and peak area: Y = 111 074. 5X - 1 602. 8 , R2 = 0 . 999 8 , showed good linearity in the ranges of 0. 07 -7. 01 g/L. The detection limit of acetaldehyde in chloroform is 0. 83 mg/L, the average recovery was 99.7% ,and the relative standard deviation of parallel determination results 1.07% . For the determination of acetaldehyde in distillate and alkaline liquor,used the chloroform solvent with volume ratio of 1 : 1 to extract five times, tail gas was absorbed by chloroform, and then the samples were analyzed by the gas chromatography method. The results show that the method is suitable for the determination of acetaldehyde in this system.
