摘 要:为弥补目前高职软件专业学生职业素养量化评价方法的缺失,提出一种基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的量化评价模型。根据软件行业从业人员职业素养要求构建评价指标体系,结合高职教育特点,综合考虑评价主体多元化,通过评价等级的标准化优化对量化结果进行数字化处理。结合实例,阐述应用该模型的一般步骤,验证模型在学生职业素养量化评价上的可行性和有效性。To make up for the lack of the quantitative evaluation method of the professional quality of software major students in higher vocational colleges, a quantitative evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evalua-tion method was proposed. Based on the requirements of software industry practitioners? evaluation index system was built, and the characteristics of higher vocational education were combined, while considering evaluating a corpus diversification, the quantitative results were processed through the standard optimization of evaluation level. The general steps of applying the mo-del were illustrated using an example. It is verified that the model is feasible and effective in the quantitative evaluation of students? professional accomplishment.
