摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌中候选抑癌基因PBLD的表达及临床意义。方法通过免疫组化的方法检测结肠癌组织芯片中肠癌组织和对应癌旁组织中PBLD蛋白的表达差异,分析PBLD与结肠癌患者临床特征及预后的相关性。结果结肠癌中PBLD表达下调或缺失;相对于PBLD阴性表达组,阳性表达组患者结肠癌分化程度更高,术后生存时间更长。结论 PBLD的表达与结肠癌的分化程度及患者预后相关,可作为结肠癌预后的预测指标以及治疗的靶点。Objective To explore the expression and significance of candidate tumor suppressor gene PBLD （Phenazine Biosynthesis Like Protein Domain） in colon cancer. Methods PBLD protein expression in colon cancer tissues and matched normal mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical stains. Correlation of PBLD proteinexpression levels and the clinical features and prognosis of patients were analyzed. Results The expression ofPBLD in colon cancertissues was significantly lower than normaltissues. The colon cancer tis-sues with the better differentiation had stronger expression of PBLD protein. Survival analysis showed that the overall survival time of the PBLD positive group was significantly longer than the PBLD negative group.Conclusions The expression o f PBLD is related to the differentiation of colon cancer and the prognosis of pa-tients. It can be used as a prognostic indicator and a target for treatment of colon cancer.
