摘  要:目的:探讨不同消化道重建方式对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能及胃电参数的影响。方法:将60例胃癌患者根据消化道重建方式不同分为两组,A组30例患者进行BillrothⅠ式治疗,B组30例患者进行Roux-e-Y式治疗,然后将两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、手术前后的餐前及餐后胃电参数指标进行比较。结果:B组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间及排便时间均显著短于A组,术后餐前及餐后胃电参数也好于A组(P<0.05),两组术后评估结果均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:Roux-e-Y式在胃癌患者中的应用效果相对更好,对患者术后胃肠功能恢复及胃电参数的改善有积极作用。Objective:To observe and compare the influence situation of different digestive tract reconstruction modes for the gastrointestinal function and gastric electrical parameters of patients with gastric cancer after surgery.Methods:60 patients with gastric cancer were selected as the study object,60 patients were were divided into two groups according to the differences of digestive tract reconstruction modes,30 patients of group A were treated with BillrothⅠoperation,30 patients of group B were treated with Roux-e-Y operation,then the recovery time of bowel sound,exhaust time,defecation time,gastric electrical parameters before and ater the meal before and after the surgery of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The recovery time of bowel sound,exhaust time and defecation time of group B were all significantly shorter than those of group A,the gastric electrical parameters before and ater the meal after the surgery were all better than those of group A(P〈0.05),the evaluation results of two groups after the surgery all had significant differences.Conclusion:The application effect of Roux-e-Y operation in the patients with gastric cancer are relatively better,and it has more active role for the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improvement of gastric electrical parameters of patients.
