摘　　要：随着低剂量多层螺旋CT在肺癌筛查中的广泛应用,肺磨玻璃结节(GGN)检出率不断增高。GGN与早期肺癌相关性较大,但也常见于良性病变,其鉴别诊断成为影像医生工作中的一项重要挑战。近年来,有许多学者围绕GGN的影像特征与病理变化进行了深入的研究,发现CT值可反映GGN的浸润性。本文将围绕GGN的CT值这一特征在早期肺癌诊断和鉴别诊断中作用进行综述。With the wide application of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT in lung cancer, the detection rate of GGN is increasing. GGN is associated with early lung cancer, it is common in benign lesions, and its differential diagnosis is an important challenge in the work of imaging doctors. In recent years, many scholars study were around the GGN imaging features and pathological changes, they found that CT value can reflect the infiltration of GGN. This paper focused on the CT value of GGN in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of early lung cancer.
