摘  要:在齿轮箱箱体强度和模态分析的基础上,采用拓扑优化方法对箱体进行了轻量化设计,在满足箱体可靠性的条件下,优化后箱体质量减轻约15%,通过箱体优化前后的性能对比分析,验证了箱体改进的合理性。Based on the strength and modal analysis, the lightweight design of gearbox housing is carried out by using the topological optimization method. Under the condition of meet the reliability of the gearbox, the housing weight is reduced about 15% after structural optimization. The rationality of housing improvement is verified through the contrast analysis on the reducer housing performance before and after optimization.
