摘  要:针对现有抽油机所要求的长冲程、低冲次等特性,在分析传统抽油机换向装置优缺点的基础上,将非圆齿轮行星轮系应用到抽油机换向装置中。通过对两种换向装置的结构对比分析,并应用ADAMS仿真软件对其进行运动学仿真分析,分别得出两种机构的摆角、角速度、角加速度变化曲线。通过对比分析可知,两对圆齿轮和两对非圆齿轮组合结构比4对非圆齿轮结构具有更好的运动特性。Aiming at the required characteristic such as long - stroke and low - velocity of the existing pumping unit, on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional pumping units, the planetary gear train of non - circular gear are applied on the pumping unit reversing device. The structure of two kinds of reversing devices are analyzed and compared, and ADAMS simulation software is used to analyze the kinematics simulation. The angular, angular velocity and angular acceleration of two kinds of mechanism are obtained respectively. Through the comparative analysis, the conclusion that the two pairs of circular gears and two pairs of non - circular gear combination structure has more advantages than four pairs of non - circular gear structure are obtained.
