摘 要:以摩擦片为双圆弧槽的液黏调速离合器为研究对象,运用Fluent流体分析软件对离合器一对摩擦副间的油液流体空化效应进行数值计算,分析了转速、油液黏度对油液空化区域的影响及空化前后油膜承载力的变化。结果表明,空化区域形状呈现为"竖直长条状",空穴产生分布最先出现在半径方向外侧,且沿半径增大方向更显著;减小转速及油液黏度可以有效减缓空化;油槽深度越大及油槽数目越多,油液含气率越小;确定油槽深度大于0.3 mm和油槽数目大于45为最佳;空化效应影响摩擦副的性能,减小了油膜承载力;随槽深增大、油槽数目减小,空化现象对油膜承载力的影响更为显著。Taking the double arc groove hydro -viscous drive which uses fiction plate as the research ob- ject, the Fluent fluid analysis software is used to calculate the fluid cavitation effect of friction pair, the influ- ence of rotation speed and fluid viscosity on cavitation zone is analyzed, as well as before and after oil film bear- ing capacity changes, the results show that the shape of cavitation zone is like vertical long strip, the cavitation starts from the outside radius direction, and becomes more significant along the radius increasing direction. De- creasing rotation speed or viscosity can slow down cavitation speed effectively. The deeper and more grooves, the smaller the gas bearing ratio, when the groove depth is more than 0. 3 mm and the groove number is more than 45 are determined as the best. The cavitation effect influences the performance of friction pairs, and de- creases the oil bearing capacity, the effect of cavitation on the oil film bearing capacity will be more significant with the increase of groove depth and decrease of groove numbers.
