摘 要:工程中由于制造工艺和技术条件等限制,始终没有很好解决变速箱齿轮敲击问题的方案。在对新型复合功率分流装置结构及工作原理分析的基础上,结合齿轮敲击产生的机理,提出了一种针对该系统减弱齿轮敲击的控制方法。首先通过标定得到当发动机在某工况时对应的两从动轮会出现齿轮敲击的转矩区域,在不影响驾驶意图及整车油耗的基础上,通过系统各部件之间的运动学关系,控制两电机的调节来使从动轮避免运行在该区域。建立了整车及控制的仿真模型,通过仿真验证了该策略能够实现预期的效果且增加该策略后对整车原功能影响较小。进行了实车试验并采用语言清晰度来评价,结果表明,该控制策略能够很好的减弱齿轮敲击声,很大程度上提高了汽车的乘坐舒适性。Due to the manufacturing process and technical conditions limit in engineering, there has never been very good solution to the problem of gear rattle. Based on analyzing the structure and working principle of the novel compound power - split device, combined with the gear rattle mechanism, a control method for weak- ened against the gear rattle of the system is proposed. Firstly, the two driven wheel gear tapping torque area corresponding to the certain state of engine is obtained by calibration, controlling the two motors to avoid driven wheel running in the area through the kinematics relationship of system on the basis of does not affect the driving intention and fuel consumption. The simulation model of the vehicle and control is established, the simulation the control strategy can weaken the gear rattle and improve the vehicle ride comfort greatly.
