摘  要:以羟基磷灰石(HA)、壳聚糖(CS)、SiO_2和Fe_2O_3粉体为原料,采用电泳沉积法制备了HA/CS/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3复合涂层,经700℃烧结2 h后得到HA/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3复合涂层。通过FTIR、SEM、EDS、XRD、万能材料试验机、电化学工作站对HA/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3复合涂层进行了性能测试与结构表征,采用自主构建的2-[4-(2-羟乙基)-1-哌嗪基]乙磺酸(HEPES)模拟体液(H-SBF)对复合涂层的体外生物活性进行了评价。结果表明:HA/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3复合涂层与钛基体间的结合强度达31.9 MPa;HA/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3复合涂层在H-SBF中的自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流密度分别为0.276 V和1.113×10-8A/cm^2;该复合涂层粉体对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌率达到81.9%。在H-SBF中培养14 d后,复合涂层表面碳磷灰石化。The HA/CS/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3 composite coating was prepared by electrophoretic deposition technique using hydroxyapatite( HA),chitosan( CS),silica( SiO_2) and ferric oxide( Fe_2O_3) powders as raw materials,and then sintered at 700 ℃ for 2 h and the HA/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3 composite coating was obtained. The HA/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3 composite coating was tested and characterized by FTIR,SEM,EDS,XRD,universal material testing machine and electrochemical workstation,respectively. The bioactivity of the HA/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3 composite coating was evaluated via immersion in 2-[4-( 2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazinyl] ethanesulfonic-acid( HEPES) simulated body fluid( H-SBF). The experimental results showed that the bonding strength between HA/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3 composite coating and titanium substrate reached up to 31. 9 MPa,and the self-corrosion potential and self-corrosion current density of HA/SiO_2/Fe_2O_3 composite coating in H-SBF were 0. 276 V and 1. 113 × 10-8A/cm^2,respectively. The surface of the composite coating was completely carbonated hydroxyapatite after immersion in H-SBF for14 days. Meanwhile,the bacteriostasis rate of composite coating powder against Bacillus Subtilis was 81. 9%.
