基于传统“工匠精神”的高校卓越工程师计划培养对策研究

摘　　要：实现制造大国向制造强国的巨大转变,"工匠精神"的彰显是必不可少的。高校作为开展卓越工程师教育培养计划的核心阵地,迫切需要得到"工匠精神"的助力。有鉴于此,文章从"工匠精神"的内涵入手,在论述高校卓越工程师教育培养计划中传承和弘扬"工匠精神"必要性和可行性的基础上,参照国外相应做法,初步探讨了高校秉持"工匠精神"培养卓越工程师的具体途径和相关对策。To realize the great change of a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country, the display of ＂Craftsman spirit＂ is essential. As the core position of carrying out the training plan for excellent engineers, colleges and universities urgently need the help of ＂craftsman spirit＂. In this view, this article begins with the connotation of the Craftsman spirit, then based on the necessity and feasibility of inheriting and carrying forward the ＂Craftsman spirit＂ in discussing the training plan of the excellent engineers＇ education in Colleges and universities. Referring to the corresponding practices in foreign countries, this paper preliminarily discusses the specific ways and relevant countermeasures for the university to train the excellent engineers by upholding the ＂Craftsman spirit＂.
