摘  要:利用稳定同位素技术,研究太湖贡湖湾的大型底栖动物河蚬和铜锈环棱螺的食物来源和营养结构,并分析其碳、氮稳定同位素空间分布特征。结果表明,河蚬和铜锈环棱螺的δ^(15)N值变化趋势相似,均随着离入湖口距离越远,其值逐渐升高,并能很好地指示湖湾的污染来源。河蚬和铜锈环棱螺处于相同的营养级,δ^(15)N值的差值在1.5‰~2.8‰之间。The food source and trophic structure of Corbicula and Bellamya, the macrobenthos, in the Gonghu Bay of Lake Taihu were studied, and the spatial distribution characteristics of the stable carbon and nitrogen isotope in the maerobenthos were analyzed as well using the stable isotope techniques. The results showed that the values of 6is N in both Corbicula and Bellamya varied in similar trend, and increased gradually when being farther from the inlet of the riverlet into the Bay, which could thus trace the pollution sources and indicated Corbicula and Bellamya at the similar trophic level. The results also illuminated that Corbicula and Bellamya were in the same trophic level with the difference of their δ^15 N ranging 1.5‰-2.8%‰.
