摘　　要：文化休克是在来华留学生中普遍存在的一种现象,它使留学生产生焦虑等不良情绪。本文从语言、生活习惯及生活方式、学习环境及评价方式三个方面探讨来华留学生产生文化休克的原因,并从学校的教学者和管理者的角度出发,根据上述原因,从汉语教学、文化背景、管理三个方面提出解决文化休克的对策,以此来帮助来华留学生实现他们的来华留学目标。Culture shock is a common mental phenomenon among international students in China. It may cause anxiety and other bad moods among international students. This article tries to explore the reasons from the aspects of language,living habits and style,learning environment and evaluation method,and tries to explore the countermeasures from the perspective of teachers and administrators from the aspects of Chinese language teaching,culture background and administration,so that we can help international students conquer culture shock and complete their study in China.
