摘　　要：随着科技的发展,社会的进步,对具有较强工程实践能力、创新能力的冶金工程专业卓越工程师人才的培养提出了越来越高的要求,本文结合卓越工程师人才培养目标,提出了冶金工程专业高素质卓越工程师人才培养模式的改革思路,并详细阐述了改革措施。With social progress and the development of science and technology,it is put forward that higher requirements on training excellent engineers with strong practice ability and innovation ability of metallurgical engineering professionals. In this paper,combined with the training goal of outstanding engineering talents,the reform idea were put forward for high-quality excellent engineers personnel training mode of metallurgical engineering professional and the reform measures were clarified in detail.
