摘　　要：本文研究以不动产估价课程为例,采用基于项目推动的翻转课堂教学模式,分析实施项目翻转课堂教学的条件,提出采用"课前—课中—课后"三步走的翻转课堂教学模式。教师和学生互动参与项目完成的过程与讨论,完成知识的内化过程,此方法对提高学生理论知识学习能力和应用能力,具有较好的促进作用。Taking the course Real Estate Appraisal as an example,this paper investigates a hybrid teaching model： The project-based flipped classroom teaching model. Specifically,this paper analyses the requirements for the implementation of this new teaching model and introduces a ＂pre-,in- and post-class＂ three-step teaching strategy for this model. In other words,the information transfer is made outside＇of the classroom. During the class period,lectures and students interactively engage in the projects and discussions,in which the knowledge is naturally assimilated. This model greatly improves students＇ learning and apphcation ability.
