摘　　要：体育教学作为学校教育的重要组成部分,在提升学生运动技能方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。本课题把微课引进高职体育教学中,以排球垫球技术的教学为例,具体阐述如何在体育课教学中使用微课,以最大程度地发挥微课的价值,强健学生体魄。Physical education teaching as an important part of school education,students in ascension movement skills play an important role. This topic to class in the introduction of the teaching of physical education,in teaching volleyball mat ball technology,for example,elaborates how to use micro course in physical education teaching,by maximizing the value of small class,a strong student body.
