摘　　要：康有为作为中国近代第一个高举宪法旗帜对封建专制进行质疑和挑战的学者和改革家,他的思想是博杂的,而在他博杂的思想体系中,心学思想成为他变法维新理论的主要来源和基础,诚然,其心学思想并没能够指导他完成这场政治运动走向胜利,最终以失败而告终。康有为在当时为何选择陆王心学作为其变法指导思想呢?其心学思想又有何特点?因此,探讨康有为心学思想,对于我们更加理性认识康有为思想学说具有重要价值。As a scholar and reformer who firstly hold high the banner of constitution and challenges the feudal autocracy in modern China. Kang Youwei＇s philosophy of the mind becomes original and foundation of constitutional reform and modernization thought in his rich and colorful ideology. It＇s true that Kang Youwei＇s Philosophy of the Mind cann＇t guide him to success in the political campaign. Why does Kang Youwei choose Lu and Wang＇s thought as his guiding ideology？ What are characteristics of Kang Youwei＇s Philosophy of the Mind？ Therefore, it is of great value for us to understand Kang Youwei＇s theories to explore Philosophy of the Mind of his.
