摘  要:采用Excel计算凸轮运动方程位移值,在SolidWorks环境中建立三维模型,运动仿真模块Motion添加直线马达和旋转马达,反转法获得凸轮轮廓曲线坐标点,得到盘形凸轮三维实体模型,并对该凸轮机构进行运动仿真,绘制出推杆运动规律曲线并加以验证。Using Excel tool,it generates the steeple of the displacement law of motion,the inversion method,in environment of Solid Works add linear motor and rotary motor motion analysis of cam contour curve coordinates,3D modeling of disc cam matrix through the coordinates,the on cam mechanism for motion simulation to verify the accuracy of the cam profile curve. Through this method can simplify the cam design process,the cam profile curve data can be used for direct processing of CNC machine tools, CAM research and development and production automation is of great significance. Using the calculation of cam motion equation of displacement with Excel,it establishes the three-dimensional model in Solid Works environment. It uses motion simulation module of Motion to add a straight line motor and rotary motor. Using coordinate cam contour curve inversion method,it gets the disc cam 3D solid model,and has motion simulation of the cam mechanism and draws rod motion curve and verifies it.
