摘 要:为了改善高炉渣的成纤性能,采用FactSage热力学模拟和试验测定相结合的方法,研究了以铁尾矿为调质剂,对调质渣黏度及均质化时间的影响规律。结果表明:随着铁尾矿的加入,调质渣由短渣特性转变为长渣特性,调质渣黏度系数升高,适宜的成纤温度范围变大,但熔化性温度出现先降低后升高的趋势;在高炉渣制取矿渣纤维过程中掺加3%~15%的铁尾矿既有利于改善高炉渣的成纤性能,为优化高炉渣制备矿渣纤维工艺,提高生产效率,实现节能高效生产提供理论支撑,同时还能开辟铁尾矿资源化的新途径。In order to improve the fiber-forming property of blast furnace slag,the combination of Factsage software with experiments were used for investigating the effect of viscosity and homogenization time of the adjusted blast furnace slag based on iron tailings as conditioning agent. The results showed that the short slag characteristic of the blast furnace slag transforms into the long slag one,and the viscosity of the blast furnace slag has an increasing trend with the increases of iron tailings added,and the appropriate temperature range of fiber-forming of the blast furnace slag increases,but the melting temperature of the blast furnace slag decreases firstly and increases subsequently.In the preparation of slag wool,the fiber-forming of the blast furnace slag can be improved with 3% - 15% iron tailing. It provides a techincial support for optimizing the preparation process,improving the productivity and realizing the production efficiency.Also,it finds a new way of utilizing iron tailings.
