摘　　要：本文通过对访谈结果、护士的资格准入、执业注册的问题以及护士执业权利保护中存在的问题的分析,呼吁尽快出台与《护士条例》相配套的实施细则或司法解释,为护士立法。Based on the results of interviews,the qualification of registered nurses,nurse practitioners and the problem of protection o~ the rights of the existing problems in the analysis,called as soon as possible and ＂nurse regulations＂ supporting the implementation rules and judicial interpretation and legislation for nurses.
