摘　　要：应用型医学人才的培养是当前医学教育需要解决的重要课题。本文通过分析综合性医院临床教学目前存在的问题,论述培养学生具备一定的心理学技能的重要性,并提出具体实践的方法和应该注意的问题,旨在培养出高素质、高能力的临床实习医生。The cultivation of medical personnel with application skills is an important issue to be solved in current medical education.Through the analysis of the problems of clinical teaching existing in some comprehensive hospitals, this paper mainly discusses the importance of improving students＇ psychological qualifies. It also puts forward some concrete practical methods and the problems demanding our close attention. It aims to cultivate clinical doctors with high qualities and practical abilities.
