浅谈生殖医学专业研究生带教的体会

摘　　要：生殖医学是一门新兴的较前沿的综合性学科,临床学习是培养高素质生殖医学研究生的关键时期。由于生殖医学学科特点及生殖医学研究生就业形式的变化,给生殖医学研究生临床带教提出了许多新的问题,如何针对生殖医学这一特殊的学科进行规范、安全、科学带教,是带教教师急需解决的重要问题。本文就生殖医学的特点、临床带教特点、科室管理制度,以笔者近几年来的带教经验进行总结。希望对生殖医学专业研究生的临床带教起到一定的参考作用。Reproductive medicine is a new and more advanced comprehensive subject. Strengthen the reproductive medicine of professional education personnel training is an important part of the solution to the problem.A reprodu.ctive medical teacher should continue to enhance learning, combined with domesticand international research frontier. It is an important problem to besolved urgendy for the special subjects of reproductive medicine to regulate,safe and scientific teaching. This reportsummarizes the characteristics of reproductive medicine,clinical teaching methods, reproductive medicine,department management system and the author＇s experience in teaching in recent years,the author hopes to have a certain referencevalue for the clinical teaching of reproductive medicine.
