摘  要:临床正畸矫治患者具有明显的集中分布特点,并且其矫治策略与矫治手段具有高度个性化与灵活性,这对于刚接触正畸临床的研究生而言,具有较大的学习难度,容易产生大量碎片化知识。这些碎片化知识一方面携带信息有限、容易遗忘,另一方面生动鲜明、种类全面。基于此,转变正畸临床教学与学习方式,实现碎片化学习与系统性教学相结合,扬长避短,才能提高临床研究生学习效率,快速构建其知识体系。Clinical orthodontic patients have obvious characteristics of concentrated distribution,and its .treatment strategy and treatment method is highly individual and flexible. Hence,it is more difficulty for the student who just at their initial stage of clinical orthodontics studying and this will produce a lot of fragmented knowledge. These pieces of knowledge on the one hand carry limited information,and are easy to forget. On the one hand,they are vivid and comprehensive. Based on these characteristics,alteration of clinical teaching and learning mode and combination of learning on based on fragmentation knowledge and systematic teaching is necessary,to improve the learning efficiency of clinical postgraduates and construct the frame of orthodontic knowledge rapidly.
