摘　　要："四证合一"医学专业硕士研究生是一种新的培养方式,仍处于摸索尝试阶段,尤其是如何保证临床和科研能力培养的兼顾。本文总结了近年来在"四证合一"耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学专业硕士研究生的经验,分析了受训学员存在的主要问题,探讨了导师负责制下导师组成员在这种特殊培养模式中如何分工协作以及待解决的问题,以期在今后教学工作中能培养出更多合格的医学专业硕士研究生,满足新形势医疗改革的需求。As a new way for medical postgraduates, the training model of ＂Four Licenses in One＂ is still in the stage of exploration, especially in the field of Otorhinolaryngology-head and Neck Surgery. This paper summarized our experience of this innovative training model in recent years. The existing problems of the trainees were analyzed. The feasib!lity of ＂tutorial responsibility system＂ was discussed, and the pending problems of this model as well. It was shown that all the trainees of our department successfully got the master＇s degree and four licenses in the way of tutorial responsibility system. This work was expected to cultivate more qualified medicine doctors in order to meet the demand of health care reform.
