高频彩超、钼靶及二者联合应用在早期乳癌筛查中的价值评估

摘　　要：目的评估高频彩超、钼靶及二者联合应用在早期乳癌筛查中的价值。方法选取我院2015年12月—2016年10月筛查后有乳腺疾病的年龄≤40岁生育期女性62例作为研究对象。结果高频彩超的敏感度、误诊率分别为80.6%、19.4%,钼靶的敏感度、误诊率分别为71.0%、29.0%,二者联合应用的敏感度、误诊率分别为90.3%、9.7%。二者联合应用的敏感度均高于高频彩超、钼靶,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);误诊率均低于高频彩超、钼靶,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而高频彩超的敏感度高于钼靶,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),误诊率低于钼靶,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声诊断具有较高的敏感度,在生育期女性中,高频超声更具优势,其联合钼靶更能促进乳腺癌早期诊断敏感度的提升和误诊率的降低,筛查价值更高。Objective To evaluate the values of high frequency ultrasound,mammography and their combination in the early screening of breast cancer. Methods 62 cases of age ≤ 40 years old growth period women with breast disease after screening from December 2015 to Qctober 2016 were collected and analyzed. Results The sensitivity, misdiagnosis rate of high frequency ultrasound were 80.6%, 19.4%, the sensitivity, misdiagnosis rate of mammography were 71.0%, 29.0% respectively, the sensitivity, misdiagnosis rate of their combination were 90.3%, 9.7%. The sensitivity of their combination was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than high frequency ultrasound, mammography, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the sensitivity of high frequency ultrasound was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than mammography, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound has higher diagnosis sensitivity, in the female reproductive period, high frequency ultrasound has more advantages, with mammography can better improve sensitivity and reduce misdiagnosis rate in the early diagnosis of breast cancer, the screening value is higher.
