摘 要:目的:分析探讨磁敏感成像技术在早期诊断外伤性视神经损伤中的应用。方法:选取2014年2月-2017年1月在本院接受治疗的30例外伤性视神经损伤患者,分别进行磁敏感成像技术诊断和常规CT诊断。将诊断结果与手术病理结果比较,计算两种方法的检出率和检测准确率。结果:磁敏感成像技术视神经管骨折部位判断准确率及视神经损伤类型的检出率均显著高于CT(P<0.05)。结论:磁敏感成像技术是提高外伤性视神经损伤患者早期诊断准确率和诊出率的可靠方式,可有效弥补传统检测方式无法判断患者疾病程度的缺陷,推荐使用。Objective: To analyze and discuss the application of magnetic susceptibility imaging in the early diagnosis of traumatic optic nerve injury.Method: From February 2014 to January 2017, 30 cases of traumatic optic nerve injury in our hospital were diagnosed with conventional CT and magnetic sensitive imaging techniques.The diagnosis results compared with pathological findings, the accuracy rate of the detection of twomethods were compared.Result: The diagnostic accuracy rate of optical canal fracture and the detection rate of optic nerve injury types of magnetic susceptibility imaging were significantly higher than those of regular CT diagnostic ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Magnetic sensitive imaging technology is reliable way to improve early diagnosis accuracy and diagnosis rate of the traumatic optic nerve injury, it can effectively make up for the defects that the traditional testing methods cannot estimate disease severity, it is worth of recommendation.
