高校化学化工类师范生应具备的专业素质结构探析

摘　　要：高校师范生专业素质属于教师专业素质范畴,将师范生应具备的专业素质归纳总结为专业知识、专业技能及专业情意三个要点。结合化学化工类专业特点,分别阐述各个要点的具体内容。期望师范生在充分了解教师专业素质结构的基础上,根据自身情况有针对性的提升自己的专业素质,以促进从师范生向专业教师的完美过渡。The professional quality of normal university students belongs to teachers ＇ professional quality,meanwhile teachers ＇professional quality were summarized in three main points,including professional knowledge,professional skill and profession sensibility. In addition,considering the characteristic of chemistry and chemical engineering majors,each point was elaborated in detail. On the base of the students＇ fully aware of professional quality structure,we hope that they could improve their professional quality according to themselves,so they can complete the transition between student and teacher perfectly.
