摘　　要：我国澳门教师公约是顺应教师专业化发展要求、迎合澳门教育发展需要、符应澳门教师专业化需求而缘起的,其制订历经了启动、内容咨询、文本形成及咨询、定稿公布、宣传推广五个阶段。澳门教师公约宗旨明确、定位精准、自下而上、专家引领、广泛参与、注重过程,当然,也存在一定瑕疵。Code of ethics for teachers in Macao of China is formulated to conform to the trend of teacher＇s profes- sional development, to meet the needs of the development of education in Macao and the teachers＇ professionalization in Macao. Its formulation has gone through five stages： initiation, content consultation, text writing and consultation, final version and its release, and propaganda. With a top-down approach, the code is clear in purpose and precise in positioning, and it is expert-guided with a wide participation and focus on process. Of course, some defects still exist in the convention.
