摘　　要：对大学生主动性的培养是一种开放式教育,是遵循发展规律的教育。当代大学生缺乏独立性,缺乏问题意识和思考问题的能力,作为独立个体的主动性弱,缺乏对于自身独立而自由发展的追求。培养大学生的主动性,高校教育理念要从培养"人才"转变为培养"人",课程设置要从"知识体系"转变为"价值体系",强化大学生的社会责任,提升大学生的责任意识。The cultivation of college students＇ initiative is an open education and the education to follow the law of development. Contemporary college students lack independence, problem consciousness and the ability to think about a problem, and also lack the pursuit of independent and free development of their own due to the weak initiative as an independent individual. To cultivate college students＇ initiative, universities should transform the educational philosophy from cultivating ＂talent＂ into ＂human＂, shift the curriculum setup from ＂knowledge system＂ to ＂value sys- tem＂, strengthen the social responsibility of college students and improve their responsibility consciousness.
