摘  要:针对飞机翼肋零件橡皮成形的回弹问题,提出了曲线法平面截取补偿算法,在法平面内分别对弯曲圆角弧线和弯曲面交线进行回弹补偿操作,并采用几何补偿成形型面的方法进行回弹控制。在CATIA中将回弹补偿后的曲线利用其曲面造型功能生成新的成形型面,再利用CAA V5开发方法中的交互模式进行回弹补偿系统的开发。通过有限元软件PAM-STAMP2G和橡皮成形试验机对带有补偿的模具分别进行仿真和成形试验,验证了补偿系统的可靠性,节省了大量的劳动时间和生产成本。Aiming to the springback in rubber forming for wing rib part,a new cut out compensation algorithm by curved normal plane was put forward. The springback compensation of bending round arc and bending surface intersection line was respectively conducted in the normal plane. Consequently,the springback was controlled by using the method of geometric compensation of mold surface. The new molded surface was generated by using the compensated curve with the curved surface modelling function in CATIA,then the interaction pattern of the CAA V5 development mode was adopted for the development of springback compensation system. The simulation and experiment for the die with compensation were conducted respectively by the finite element software PAM-STAMP2 G and rubber forming machine,which verified the reliability of the compensation system and saved a large number of labor time and production costs.
