核素^(153)Sm与^(89)SrCl_2对广泛转移性骨肿瘤的治疗效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比分析核素^(153)Sm与^(89)SrCl_2对广泛转移性骨肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法选择广泛转移性骨肿瘤患者85例,随机分为^(153)Sm组与^(89)SrCl_2组,分别采用核素^(153)Sm以及^(89)SrCl_2进行治疗。比较2组的生活质量、骨痛缓解效果以及临床疗效。结果^(89)SrCl_2组的生活质量改善有效率为73.80%(31/42),明显高于^(153)Sm组的58.14%(25/43)(P<0.05);^(89)SrCl_2组的骨痛缓解有效率为92.86%(39/42),明显高于^(153)Sm组的74.42%(32/43)(P<0.05);^(89)SrCl_2组的治疗有效率为83.33%(35/42),明显高于^(153)Sm组的60.46%(26/43)(P<0.05)。结论核素^(89)SrCl_2对广泛转移性骨肿瘤患者的治疗效果明显优于^(153)Sm,可以有效改善患者的生活质量,明显缓解骨痛情况。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of^153Sm and ^89SrCl2 for patients with extensive metastatic bone tumors. Methods 85 patients with extensive metastatic bone tumors were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups：^153Sm and^89SrCl2 . Respectively,patients with extensive metastatic bone tumors were treated using^153Sm（ 43 patients） and^89SrCl2 （ 42 patients）. The quality of life,the effect of pain relief and clinical curative for^153Sm（ 43 patients） and^89SrCl2 （ 42 patients） were compared. Results In^89SrCl2 group,the efficiency of life improvement was 73. 80%（ 31/42）. And the efficiency of life improvement was 58. 14%（ 25/43） in^153Sm group. The efficiency of life improvement in^89SrCl2 group was higher than^153Sm group（ P〈 0. 05）. The efficiency of pain relief was 92. 86%（ 39/42） in^89SrCl2 group. The efficiency of pain relief in^153Sm group was 74. 42%（ 32/43）,which was less than^89SrCl2 group（ P〈 0. 05）. The efficiency of treatment was 83. 33% in^89SrCl2 group（ 35/42）,which was significantly higher than that 60. 46% in ^153Sm group（ 26/43）（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of radionuclide^89SrCl2 for extensive metastatic bone tumors is better than^153Sm. While^89SrCl2 group can relief bone pain and improve patient＇s life quality.
