免疫抑制治疗对神经系统副肿瘤综合征相关抗体及肌电图指标的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察与分析免疫抑制治疗对神经系统副肿瘤综合征相关抗体及肌电图指标的影响。方法选取60例神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者为研究对象,将60例患者根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组的30例患者进行常规治疗,观察组的30例患者在对照组的基础上加用免疫抑制剂,然后检测与比较两组患者治疗前后的血清相关抗体及肌电图指标检测结果。结果治疗前对照组和观察组的血清相关抗体及肌电图指标检测结果比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),而治疗后1周、2周、4周观察组的血清相关抗体水平均显著地低于对照组(P<0.05),肌电图指标也均显著地优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论免疫抑制治疗在神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者中的应用效果较好,其可显著地改善相关抗体及肌电图指标,因此临床应用价值较高。Objective To observe and analyze the influence of immunosuppression therapy for the related antibodies and electromyogram indexes of patients with paraneoplastic neurological syndromes. Methods 60 patients with paraneoplastic neurological syndromes were selected as the study object,and 60 patients were divided into 2 groups according to the method of random number table,each with 30 cases,the control group were treated with conventional treatment,the observation group were treated with immunosuppressive agents on the basis of the control group,then the serum related antibodies and electromyogram indexes of the 2 groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared. Results The serum related antibodies and electromyogram indexes of the control group and the observation group before the treatment all had no significant differences（ P〈0. 05）,while the serum related antibodies levels of the observation group at first week,second week and forth week after the treatment were all significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the electromyogram indexes were all significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application effect of immunosuppression therapy in the patients with paraneoplastic neurological syndromes is better,and it can significantly improve the related antibodies and electromyogram indexes,so its clinical application value is higher.
