摘　　要：3S技术在促进智能交通系统发展的同时也带来了一些相关问题。从3S在智能交通中的应用出发,分别描述了GIS-T数据传输、GPS定位导航、RS图像数据处理,以及三者在交通领域现阶段普遍的应用技术,并阐述了三者之间的联系和智能交通系统架构。从经济学层面分析了3S所带来的影响,展现了近年来我国对智能交通行业市场的投资规模,提出了交通、环境、经济和谐发展的理念。最后,从目前3S技术所存在的问题引发思考,总结了提升其技术与完善智能交通系统的方法。3S technology, while promoting the development of intelligent transportation system,has brought about relevant problems. Based on the application of 3S in intelligent transportation,this paper studied the application of GIS-T data transmission,GPS positioning and navigation,RS image data processing, and their application technologies in the field of transportation at present and expatiated the relationship among them as well as the architecture of intelligent transportation system. From the perspective of economics,it analyzed the impact of 3S,showed the investment scale of China＇s ITS market in recent years,and put forward the concept of harmonious development of transportation,environment and economy. Finally,the problems of 3S technology were taken into consideration,and the methods of improving ITS technology and ITS were summarized.
