思想政治教育工作视域下的高校学风建设

摘　　要：高校由于扩招进入大众化教育阶段,学风建设出现了一系列问题。就思想政治教育工作与良好学风的建构来看,高校学风建设要从建设的主体学生、客体"软"环境以及媒介师资队伍三个方面来入手。学风建设是一种思想风尚建设,必须把建设良好学风作为思想政治教育工作经常性的重点。高校的学风建设与思想教育工作相辅相成。Universities have entered the period of popular education due to the increased enrollment. And there have appeared a series of problems in learning style. In terms of ideological and political education and one of good learning style, the construction of learning style in universities should start from the constructing subject, object＇s ＂soft environment＂ and teaching staff as the media. Such construction is the one of ideology and should take good learning style as the usual stress in the ideological and political education. The construction of learning style and ideology and politics is helpful to each other.
