摘 要:目的了解低年资护士心理韧性水平及社会支持的现状,分析心理韧性水平以及社会支持两者的相关性。方法便利抽样选取2014年11月1日至2015年1月31日在福州市某三级甲等综合性医院(主要为内科、外科),临床工作的低年资护士230名为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、中国版心理韧性量表、社会支持量表对其进行调查,分析低年资护士心理韧性与社会支持水平及其相关性。结果本研究中低年资护士心理韧性总分较低,为(63.08±12.97)分,且不同性别、有无长辈需要照顾、不同工作科室的护士其差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);社会支持总分较低,为(35.77±6.02)分,不同婚姻状况、有无子女、有无长辈需要照顾者其差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);心理韧性和社会支持两者间存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论加强对低年资护士的社会支持,有助于提升低年资护士心理韧性,促进其适应工作,提升其护理能力。Objective To investigate the current status of junior nurses' psychological resilience level and social support , and to analyze the correlation between the level of resilience and social support.Methods By convenience sampling, 230 junior nurses with different characteristics of the resilience and social support were analyzed by using general situation questionnaire, the Chinese version of the mental resilience scale and social support styles questionnaire, and the correlationship between the resilience of junior nurses and social support were analyzed.Results The score of the resilience of junior nurses was low (63.08± 12.97), and the statistical significance of nurses with different nurses with different gender,whether to have elders need to take care of or not and different department(P〈0.05).The score of social support was low, which was (35.77±6.02) ,and the statistical significance of nurses with different marital status, whether to have children or not and whether to have elders need to take care of or not (all P〈0.05).The psychological resilience was positively correlated with social support (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Enhancing the social support to junior nurses can help to improve their psychological resilience,and help junior nurses to well adapt with the work,and also improve the quality of nursing work.
