摘　　要：目的:探讨Podoplanin在胆囊癌组织中的表达及对预后的影响。方法:免疫组织化学法检测Podoplanin在65例胆囊癌组织、10例胆囊炎组织中的表达水平。结果:胆囊炎组织中仅淋巴管表达Podoplanin,胆囊癌组织中Podoplanin不仅淋巴管表达,还有11例(16.9%)表达于胆囊癌间质;Podoplanin高表达于胆囊癌肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts,CAFs);Podoplanin高表达组与淋巴转移(P<0.05)、肿瘤分期(P<0.05)和生存时间短相关。结论:Podoplanin高表达影响胆囊癌的预后,Podoplanin有望成为胆囊癌靶向治疗新的靶点。Objective：To investigate the expression of Podoplanin in human primary gallbladder carcinomas and its effect on prognosis of patients. Methods ： Immunohistochemical staining method was employed to detect the expres- sion of Podoplanin in 65 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 10 cases of chronic cholecystitis. Results ： Podoplanin ex- presson was only observed in lymphatic vessel of chronic cholecystitis, Positive expression of Podoplanin was detected in 11 cases of gallbladder carcinoma specimens （ 16.9% ）. High Podoplanin expression was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）, tumor stage （ P 〈 0.05 ） and shorter survival time （ P 〈 0.05 ） of primary gall- bladder carcinoma. Conclusion ： Podoplanin - positive CAFs play an important role in gallbladder cancer and can be a useful prognostic biomarker or potential targets of anti - cancer therapy in gallbladder carcinoma.
