Maspin和Ki67在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增殖症(非典型)和子宫内膜癌中Maspin和Ki67的表达、相关性及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测Maspin和Ki67在30例正常增生期子宫内膜、40例子宫内膜增殖症(非典型)和72例子宫内膜癌中的表达。结果:在子宫内膜癌中,Ki67表达分别显著高于正常子宫内膜和子宫内膜增殖症(P=0.043;P=0.020),Maspin表达分别显著高于正常子宫内膜和子宫内膜增殖症(P<0.05);Ki67与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级和分期有统计学差异(P<0.05),Maspin与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级、分期和淋巴结转移有统计学差异(P<0.05),Maspin和Ki67表达呈正相关(r=0.231,P=0.005)。结论:在子宫内膜癌中,Maspin和Ki67的表达提示两者可能成为子宫内膜癌的预后因子。Objective：To investigate the expression of Maspin and Ki67, their relationship with the pathological clinical features of normal endometrial tissue, endometrial hyperplasia （atypical） and human endometrial carcinoma. Methods ：30 normal endometrial tissues ,40 cases of endometrial hyperplasia（atypical） and 72 endometrial carcino- mas were collected. Immunohistoehemistrieal methods were used to detect their Maspin and Ki67 expression. Results： In endometrial carcinomas, the expression of Ki67 was significantly higher than that of normal and endometrial hyper- plasia（ P = 0. 043 ;P = 0. 020）, and the expression of Maspin was significantly higher than that of normal and endo- metrial hyperplasia. The expression of Ki67 was significantly different in tumor grade and staging respectively（P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Maspin was significantly different in histology grade, FIGO stage and lymph node metasta- sis respectively（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was positive correlation between the expression of Maspin protein and that of Ki67 （r =-0.231 ,P = 0.005 ）. Conclusion：These results showed possibie role of expression of Maspin and Ki67 as prog- nostic factor in endometrial carcinoma.
