摘  要:现代医学影像、计算机技术、放射物理学的快速发展使得肿瘤放疗技术不断创新,新技术的出现从理论上可能带来肿瘤放疗增益比的提高。容积旋转调强放疗作为高精度的适形放疗技术,在临床各部位肿瘤开展了应用,其在靶区剂量分布和保护危及器官方面不亚于常规调强放疗技术,同时大大减少治疗时间和机器跳数。研究容积旋转调强放疗技术的特点和优势以及临床肿瘤放疗中的剂量学,可以为肿瘤患者的个体化治疗方案提供更多参考,但未来还需要大量和长期的临床观察来证实新放疗技术是否使肿瘤患者真正受益。With the rapid development of modem medical imaging, computer technology and radiation physics, the technology of radiotherapy has been continuously innovated, and the appearance of new technology may bring about the increase of gain ratio of tumor radiotherapy. As conformal radiotherapy technology ,the volumetric modulated arc thera- py with high precision has been carried out various parts of clinical application in tumor. The target dose distribution and protection of OARs are not less than the intensity modulated radiation therapy, and also greatly reduce treatment time and monitor unit. The study of characteristics and advantages of volumetric modulated arc therapy technology and clinical tumor radiotherapy dosimetry can provide more reference for individualized treatment of cancer patients. A large number of long - term clinical studies are needed to confirm whether the new radiotherapy technology will benefit cancer patients in the future.
