摘　　要：[目的/意义]发挥DOI在高校图书馆学位论文资源建设中的作用。[方法/过程]以南京林业大学图书馆为例,分析学位论文建设现状,探讨高校图书馆学位论文资源建设与开发中引入DOI的新思路。[结果/结论]一方面通过提高管理效率,维护知识产权管理,解决学位论文管理问题;另一方面通过提升学位论文的利用率与影响力,保证学位论文质量与强化知识扩散,解决学位论文传播问题。[Purpose/significancelThe paper is to play the role of DOI in construction of university library dissertation resource. [Method/processjThe paper takes Nanjing Forestry University Library for example, analyzes status quo of dissertation construction, and explores a new idea to introduce DOI into construction and development of dissertation resources in university library. [Result/con- clusion]On the one hand, it solves the dilemma of dissertation management by improving management efficiency and maintaining intel- lectual property management; on the other hand, it solves the dilemma of dissertation dissemination byimproving utilization rate and in- fluence of dissertation, ensuring quality of dissertation and enhancing knowledge diffusion.
