摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在促进我国企业知识创新研究与发展。[方法/过程]采用文献分析法,从知识创新的模式、影响因素、框架模型、评价和过程5个方面,对企业知识创新的研究成果进行分析。[结果/结论]除知识创新概念外,知识创新的模式、影响因素、框架模型、评价和过程也是学者们关注的焦点;知识创新的主体、客体、目标、过程是重要的研究方向。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to promote research and development of enterprise knowledge innovation in China. [Method/process]The paper uses documentary analysis method to analyze research results on enterprise knowledge innovation from five aspects of knowledge innovation model, influencing factors, framework model, evaluation and process. [Result/conclusion]Besides the concept of knowledge innovation, knowledge innovation model, influencing factors, framework model, evaluation and process are the focus of scholars＇ attention; subject, object, target and process of knowledge innovation are important direction of research.
