摘　　要：本研究采用双任务实验范式,探究榜样启动效应对自控力的作用。实验1表明自控力耗竭操作有效。实验2以36名大学生为被试,采用2(自控水平:高vs.低)×2(启动:榜样启动vs.中性启动)被试间实验设计。结果发现,在高自控组中,榜样启动组的自控力表现显著高于中性启动组;而在低自控组中,榜样启动组的自控水平却显著地低于中性启动组。由此可知,榜样启动对自控力有一定的影响作用,且影响作用的方向又因自控水平的不同而发生变化。This research adopted the dual-task paradigm to explore the influence of the exemplar priming on self-control. Study1 showed the ego-depletion process did work. Study 2 recruited 36 undergraduates, adopted 2（level of self-control： high level vs. low level） ×2（priming material： exemplar material vs. neutral material）between group experimental design. Results showed that： the priming material triggered self-control was significantly higher than the neutral material in high self-control group. While, the priming material triggered self-control was significantly lower than the neutral material in low self-control group. It was concluded that exemplar material can influence the level of self-control, and the influence direction depends on the level of the self-control resources.
