两种护理干预在内镜下全层切除胃间质瘤术中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的通过术前一日访视护理干预和常规护理干预在内镜下全层切除胃间质瘤手术的对照研究,探讨内镜下全层切除胃间质瘤手术的最佳护理干预方法,为消化内镜围手术期护理提供临床依据。方法选择我院内镜下全层切除胃间质瘤术的患者42例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各21例。观察组给予术前一日访视护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生情况及术后不适症状。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,两组并发症及术后不适症状发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前一日访视护理干预能有效提高患者的主观能动性,积极配合手术,缩短内镜下全层切除术的手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,从而提高手术成功率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the most optional nursing intervention method using a control study of preoperative one-day- visit intervention and conventional nursing intervention in llndoscopic full-thickness resection （EFR） of gastric stromal tumor. Methods Forty-two patients with gastric stromal tumor were randomly divided into observation or control group, 21 in each group. The observa- tion group was treated with preoperative one-day-visit intervention while the control group was treated with conventional nursing inter- vention. The operation time, blood loss, and postoperative complications were compared. Results The surgery time, blood loss and in- cidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Preoperative interview by nurse has obvious beneficial effects on EFR of gastric stromal tumor.
