摘　　要：目的研究人自噬相关基因ULK1在前列腺癌中的表达及其与前列腺癌临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学的方法检测ULK1前列腺癌组织及良性前列腺增生组织中的表达水平,分析ULK1蛋白的表达水平与前列腺癌患者临床特征的关系。结果 ULK1阳性率在前列腺癌组中为62.3%,在良性前列腺增生组织中为83.3%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。前列腺癌Gleason评分高、临床分期晚患者的ULK1表达水平降低(P<0.05),而不同年龄、血清前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平、手术切缘阳性情况患者的ULK1表达水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。ULK1表达阴性组前列腺癌患者的无生化复发率明显高于表达阳性者(P<0.05)。结论 ULK1在前列腺癌组织中表达下调、表达水平较低者的临床预后较差。Objective To investigate the expression of autophagy-related gene ULK1 in prostate cancer,and to explore the relationship between ULK1 expression and the clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of prostate cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ULK1 in prostate cancer tissue and benign prostate hyper- plasia （BPH） samples. The correlation between ULK1 expression and the clinical characteristics of prostate cancer was statisti- cally analyzed. Results The expression rate of ULK1 was significantly higher in normal prostate tissues （83.3~） compared with that in prostate cancer tissues （62.3~） （P〈0.05）. High Gleason score and advanced clinical stage were associated with lower expression of ULK1 （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in ULK1 expressions among patients with different PSA levels,ages,and surgical margin status （P^0.05）. The rate of biochemical recurrence was significantly higher in patients with negative ULK1 expression than in patients with positive ULK1 expression （-P〈0.05）. Conclusion ULK1 is down-regu- lated in prostate cancer than in adjacent normal tissues. Patients with lower expression of ULK1 yield worse clinical prognosis.
